i would assume if it has an ATR and reads rev 383 it stands a chance no ATR junk

if your card reads 383 then now they are opening them i have one i need opened came from a subscribed card just i cant work out the connections on my old loader its 911 lok alike

I have a USCT 3.0 works great, but won't pop 383's!!!
