I'm trying every possible combinationof switch and glitch I can think of and nothing

here are the steps .set your pot to 600 ohms(0.6k) flash your atmel with newd9 with switches 1&5 on.with 2&5 on insert your card and run the voltage analyzer and note the values of voltage ceiling and floor.open the latest powersyncrom10unlocker and put values from voltage analyzer(vcc floor =vcc minimum and vcc ceiling=vcc limit).run the script.(don't forget to make sure your winexplorer is in unlocker mode).what do you want is a mixture of 6fs and ffs 40% 6fs and 60%ffs.increase the value of vcc minimum and decrease the value of vcc limit one point at a time until you obtain the above result.and also you can reduce the input ac voltage from 9 to 7.5 volts.in any case your vcc minimum and limit should be within the paremeters obtained from the vcc analyzer.good luck
