when I am trying to unloop my rom3 card, after I have used bugbuster
should i then try to one step clean, or try and reset ATR?
not sure what step to take next

First off are you sure its Looped or might it be just locked? If you do a reset and it says no ATR then its looped. If you get an ATR then its locked. You have to look and see what revison is at 372,381,382 or the latest 383. Then we can tell you how to procede... Also the anwser to your ? do a one step clean after running bugbuster..... good luck

yes it is looped, NO ATR
i looped it myself, it is not stream looped
so one step clean after bugbuster?
not reset atr?

Yes, If that doesnt work there is a program to open software looped cards. look in the file section....
