hi guys
something eerie is going on, I thought it would be a good idea to update my 2700 IRD software version from 797 to 798.
Ooh god I wish I did'nt. I have been getting nag "151" (a serious problem has................), every 20 minute.
I used to run very well with this 2700 before this happened whether I used an atmega or Rom 3 CAM in nagraEdit.
and to make things works I did not save the old version to write it back on the tsop.
I would like an opinion from the top guns in here:
Do you guys think the problem due to the fact that I updated the firmware or could it be something else.
I have used many different Atmega, and different Rom 3 plastic cards.
I need some help guys.
thank you

I took the update last with and I have no problem at all.

With an error #151, you must had a lock the receiver? I don't have didtal lock, and it working fine, except every day at 13:50 mountain time, I lost all the signal about 5 to 10 mintues, then everything back ok. It happen to my other 3100 IRD too.

I think dish may be targeting locks, there has been a few people getting ecm'd and they all seem to have locks, actually I think most of them have 2700's now that I think about it.

I dont know if this is the case,
but I have read in many different forums, it could be a faulty lock, becuase there other people who are runnig a 4700, and 3700, etc...... and they have the same problem.

Crazy I think you are right, I think Charlie is up to no good, a lot of people with 2700 IRDs are having troubles especially with ERROR 151.
