Hi all.
I've noticed a spot on my 301 receiver mainboard (301-013 dual TSOP) that has an outline of an RS-232 serial connetor (ironically marked "RS-232") and I was wondering what its purpose was? Is this another access point in addition to the JTAG? Has anyone soldered a serial connector to this point , or it its only purpose to make me wonder....
