problems with 3700 - 005

[Roy4450]

Sticker (on back) and system info reports this receiver as 3700. Jkeys reports 2700.
Software version 654.

I keep getting a check switch error. (SW21)

Magic Card works fine in other boxes. SW21 is fine per other boxes. no matter which box I substitute this receiver with I get this error and no programming.

Did miss something?

Firmware is older than Moses, Need to be 797 or 798 now. 2700/3700 same 512 K tsop so they now run same firmware. Get that thing updated and try again.
