View Full Version : How to upload Virgin p067 - 508 Flash 1 &2 ?

I Have both virgn flashes p067 (1 & 2) and current p223 flash ( 1&2) bins that I want to upload into the TSOP bank but I want to remove all traces of IRD# and anything elses thats traceable what & where would I edit this info out in the bin files , ( I would be using Winhex , I guess) and what Numbers or Letters would I put in place of where the Ird # go , I just want to remove any tracable evidence cause this is / was a subbed unit . thanxx Also do Ineed to uplod the eeprom bin files too. thanx for any info in advance . I also have some 3900 & 2800 bins too

1) Use FlashEdit to change the info you want....
2) Go to the main page and click on File Upload on the left.

Don't try to do anything except erase with Flash 1, you will get frustrated as it won't program.......erase flash 2 first, then 1 then reflash 2 only.........

he wants to upload into the tsop bank not his ird
open in flash save a a public dump should solve your problem

I did not read the entire thread, But gathered you would like to share these tsops for the other members here, Cool Eddie. All you need to do is open the tsop bin image first in flashedit, The select "Save Public Dump", Rename the file and IRD, Boxkey info removed and replaced with public dump, 11-22-33-44 etc. Thanks Eddie! :)

Ok, I guess I read it wrong........no need to upload anything other than U7 bin, U6 not needed to reflash with and the eeprom can be made virgin with flashedit.
Just zip U7 and upload it to the files section.
