My JTag programmer detects and backs up all receivers except (3) DP301-010.

Latest firmware (P229)
I read something here about grounding pin 1, but am unsure whether this applies to just the 301-013, or if it applies to 301-010, is it pin 1 on Jtag or somewhere else on the Mother board.
It's gotta be something that's right in front of my eyes, and that's probably why I'm not seeing it.
Any insight appreciated.
