Are there any good walk throughs on how to use Tier Creator for Dummies II
I just want to use it to create a tier file because it has some of the locals that arent on Rom tier Maker. Do i need to enter in a password and all that ird stuff???? Thanks

Now real walkthrough needed. Read the text file that downloads with the files. Create your tiers and I highly suggest that you change the password lock to whatever you want. Make sure that you don't exclude the blocker as it automatically loads a checksum blocker on it. Configure your IRD etc. add your PPV string, change the PPV expiry date and click on the dish logo at the bottom. Nagra will open and patch your tiers, check for errors, make sure your keys are correct and write the card.

Can you use this with Millis blocker? I would like to get my local channels and map them also. I assume if you do so, you want to leave the blocker off on tier maker.
