DP-34 Multi Switch Set-up...

I have 3 dual lnb sats (61.5, 119, 110) and I would like to output to 4 receivers.

Can I do this by using the DP-34 multi switch?

I think the SW64 multi switch will work, but was wondering if anyone out there has the DP-34 setup.

All LNB MUST be [U]DP Pro[U/] not the ones with just 'DP' on it A.K.A. 'Legacy'. Even the IRD!

Then 4 IRDs are possible with DP-34

You Can Not Use 3 Legacy Dual LNB's With A DP34 Switch. Sounds Like You Have Legacy LNB's And You Will Need The SW64 Switch With 3 Legacy Dual LNB's. You Might Want To Check Out SwitchInfoDOTInfo For LNB/Switch Types.
