Error 004

Hi there I have read error 004 is from a faulty switch. I have a 2700 / 4900 thta have been running great until the last round of updates is what I can remeber. Now when changing channels I am getting error 004 and so on. I run the check switch and seems pick it up. It seems though I have great signal on both 110 and 119 on transponder 12. I have read transponder 11 is the one i need to have strong signal on both sats. I am unable to get signal on a few transponders. After a few hours of check switch or power down IRD i get this same issue over and over.
