also i found sombreo or something on this site which is required to use jtag for it but i can open the file for some reason if anyone have ever read box keys from this model plz share..

is 7100 as good as 7200 ... cuz i read few threads which said that 7200 are less targeted and are really good recievers

You will need the sombero device, I have not tested with those receivers but there is a junkyard fix for them as well if you cannot come across a sombrero.

I don't think you want to try the junkyard fix on this box now days. I don't think it will update if it's been hit any more. You may have to send it away for tsop removal and reprogramming. Read the eintire sticky thread in the receiver section on these models. It's not worth much if it's location ID 0000001.

1. If it comes with a card and it's not locked by current stream (ex. wasn't used for a while), there is a good chance that you can get boxkeys from the card.
2. If IRD's location ID is 01, then you don't have to buy a sombrero, since you will have to fix your TSOP chip and can put any boxkeys during TSOP programming.
3. JunkYardFix will not work with location ID 01.
