They are both 4900 recievers with one dish at 110 and 119 with a sw-21 switch?? I also tryed to skip the switch and just hook up 110 or 119 but no luck there either???

I am having the same problem with 301.10 & 301.13 receivers that seems to be getting hit by an ECM or something. Reflashing the tsop and eeprom dont fix it, I had to erase SA3 & SA49 and let it restream to get it to work again. But it keeps on happening. I am not sure what to change in order to get it to stop...

I am using a ROM3 cam ID that has been working flawlessly with all my other receivers.

I have a 2800 running rom3, went to bed 2 nights ago and it was workin fine. Woke up to aquiring sat signal. No signal strength....Location id ok. I reflashed ird and when I powered up and checked signal strength? Strength climbed and went green...then died out and lost signal totally. Any ideas?

I have the same problem with a 2700 and a ROM10. And using 2 DTV sats to get 110 and 119 birds.
Everything worked fine yesterday when I came home from work. I went to supper and came home to Serching for Sat Signal. Now I don't get any sat strength signals on either bird. I ran switch test multiple times and still no signal.
I wonder if it has something to the last update or so. I have had my Tsop locked and did not take updates.
Does anyone have any Ideas?????

coinsodence??? I think not...I hope someone has a guess as to what the problem could be. Seems quite a few of us went out with the same problem at around the same time.

I had to use an older tsop flash, a virgin eeprom, and then do a SA3 sector erase on my 301.10's, and SA49 on my 301.13's in order to get them to force update. You may ask, if they arent getting signal, how do they download the updates? Well they are getting signal, but the ECM tells the receiver not to enable it for viewing. After that, they get signal again. Regular flashing from backups doesnt do anything. If you can do that on the older models, try it, worked for me. Im back up again.
