I'm using Nagra but it just errors out. Any suggestions or any different programs I could use??

What does nagra report the revision to be.

eg 381, 382. 383?

I have one that was 372 I put it in a unlocker that was to take it to 382 & unlock it. It is now at 382 but I cannot open it.
Not trying to bust into someone elses thread but the problem is related.

It's locked at 381. You need to unlock it. The best choice for a 381 is a freeware unlocker called 'DishRom3Popper-v02' It uses the same programmer you read and write with to unlock it.

It's in the files section at dssftp.com

Do a search for

DishRom3Popper-v02

You should get several hits for threads on how to use it.

You will also need Winexplorer 5.0 or better to use it.

well i've got that file and it still does'nt wanna pop this damn card, what can I do?
