Error 004

This message is flashing on my screen ERROR 004 A Problem has been detected with your multi dish switch. Banner on screen says info not available 36608 GT150. I reprogramed card, went to sys menu , hit on check switch, that came up ok,checked signal strenth,shows 110 and 119 over 115each Using 301 010 rec. ICan some please help,Iam going nuts.

"Error 004 is that the card is not compatable with the IRD, this error is now commen with all the new 301's ( 3100 ) IRD's with rom 2,3, and 10 .
OK, so if he has a 301-013 he will need to do the vid mod."

"I have an old model ISD 3200 IRD with a rom 2 card. Works but I lose channels and get intermittent "Error 004 Multi-dish install" nags. From what I see software has been flagged. Card is A-OK. So far I have not seen any reference to this model nor have I seen a photo of a PC board that looks like this old timer. Can someone please point me in the right direction to get the firmware unflagged/updated and then locked. What model is kin to it. Also is there any way to add a J-tag port? Thanks for the help"
