I created a new tier file for my ROM 3 and patched it to my .bn3, and applied the NOONE blocker. Everything seems to work fine but the channels blackout after about 1 minute.
I know this has something to do with decrypt keys, and I know that there is a patch to fix this. However, I would like to learn how to manually fix it or how to make my own patch.
Where can I find the latest "decrypt" keys? I used the latest public keys on Mili's sister site.
Where/How should the new decrypt keys be applied?
