I have a old super unlooper with 6 dip switches on the back that i used for h @ hu cards, and wanted to know if I could mod it to become a unlocker for dish cards. It has the 2313 atmel.

From the info you have given, YES :)

Look at it and see if it has two 74HC4053's. Some cheaper design unloopers only have one 74HC4053's. Even with one 74HC4053, you still should be able to modify that as well. I see no reason why you couldn't.

Look around here for different modifications to various unloopers and see if something matches to what you have. If you can't find it, then your going to have to follow the unlocker schematic, and follow it vs. your's and make the necessary modifications.
