There's no lock on those, they are regular tdma phones and will work with any tdma provider.

not for sure what u mean lock either getting service? or unlocking like removing password but heres a nifty trick for nokias:

*3001#12345#

Nam1 switches towers that are in use so you can extend roam
also scrolling through u can find your password under security i believe - been forever since i used a nokia
play around with it a little bit but remember your default settings - JC3
