I have had this thing for about three years or so, and I think it was called a 4 in one loader??? Bought it second hand from AOL. Photo attachment shows a top shot of it, with ISO-7816, and with rev 4.5. This thing has two of everything, and a bunch of other stuff? I would just like to get this thing to unlock a rom10 23a...
Every how-to is beginning to make my bald spot grow...
Weird. That's a unique one. First loader I've ever seen with two sets of dip switches. I'm not sure this design is even based on Tucker's. Good luck hackdaddy. You could also check at cardcoders.org, but I don't think I've seen it there either.

Gemini / The Glicther / Xeon loader....they were privately built.

I had heard of a few units back quite some time ago, after black Sunday with the H card that had 2 atmels. With a flip of the switch you could fix BS cards with SU2bs etc or you could do HU cards. The 2 atmels just eliminated the need to flash if you were doing both cards. Some also where able to do Phoenix mode with the dips set correctly. Not sure if that is what this unit is but it would explain the 2 atmels. Hope this helps.

Thanks for all the reply!
I have been busy building a hu loader from an old loader. Just got all of the parts needed yesterday, and so it should be easy to mod, as I build...
blknite is right about the two atmel chips. It was built and sold when H was still around, but hu was about to finishing up the trade out. So, it would do both HU and H cards with the flip of a switch. As for the dips, they where more for the H card, in write protect, program ect... price tag was 450.00 us...
I notice a logo near the power switch, "Kpra with a upside down T" with three lightning bolts coming up from the upside down T... Also the loader is running on a 14.432 MHz crystal, and calls for 9volts, but been know to unloop at 5volts...
Still would like to mod for a good friend of mine... Don't want to get way over my head with it, it was sure good to me {:
Thanks again!

The dip switches were also useful with the hu cards.. They controled clock cycles and inversed power slopes to the card? It's been a long time but it was something like that.
(I.E. 1 on all ther rest off was normal - full clock positive slope, 2 on all the rest off was 1/2 clock cycle normal slope, 3 on all the rest off was normal clock and negative slope, 4 on all the rest off was 1/2 clock with negative slope.
They became extremely useful when people started moding h unloopers into loader/unloopers for the hu platform for timing reasons

I am looking at the identical circuit board in front of me. Yours is very similar to the Gemini dual atmel unlooper/programmer. Yours does not have the 74HCOON chip, you may want to change it for 102 use but I did not check the datasheet for the 74HC00B1 chip. Similar to the Tucker or Kpyro. Two atmels can hold two programs; e.g. you use one atmel for unlooping and the other for programming. I still have the web instructions and FAQ if needed. Outstanding device, never fried a card. Anyone mod one yet?
