T911 Ultra Loader

I have 2 locked rom 3 cards and was going to buy a loader but would like to know why the T911 loader needs to be modified and if the new T911 ultra loader (PS2, USB) would also have to be modified. I can't solder very well and don't know anyone who would be willing to do it.

Unless they stipulate that the loaders are premodded, you will have to do them yourself. There's a few sites selling them premodded now. That might be the best way to go if your soldering skills aren't up to it. If you're in Canada, there's 2 sites I know of that are safe and reliable.
