Ios 7816

I have a Alien-Tech Multi-Fix IOS 7816 Pro
it will read my rom 3 in Extreme HU
but it will not read it in NagraEdit4.1 ?????

Opening of COM3 was successful
Reset failed
Error reseting card, ATR string invalid
Closing of COM3 was successful


Will this Programmer work or is it me lol

Umm I think Nagra Edit only likes com 1 or 2 try that

It will only run on com1 as far as I know.

In Nagraedit setup it lists com ports 1 to 8. I haven't tried other than com port 1, but I'm sure other com ports will work fine.

If your crystal is 3.57, you can probably get away with doing a rom 10-11 (as i use to with my netsignia 210). For rom 3's you most definately need a 3.68 crystal. You need to open your iso and look at the crystal. If it is 3.57 it needs to be replaced (as i did with mind)

All I know is that I have 2 computers that I use to program with and both of them won't detect my ISO in Nagra unless it's on com1,..since your's is working on com1 go ahead and try a different com port and let us know if it worked.

I for one would like to know,..for trouble shooting info.

It also works on com 2, thats where I use it on one of my computers. :)
