Are there are how-to or FAQs for getting started with dish EMU testing using max/mel board??

Will emu work with nagra2 ?

There are several good emu guide in the files section.

Not enough is known about Nagra2 for anyone to advise on the subject but as the sytsem will utilize an ASIC as DTV cards do, that will be the end of camless emulation. An aux'd card will probably have to reside in a programmer.

Pulling the ASIC off another com port would be a breeze, thats what I did with the good old H-emu.

As for the files, difficult finding them, are they in "Echostar Files" section? Mostly files, not FAQs.


Do you suggest yvous or cemu for dish emu??

Yes, hopefully Nagra2 can be emulated as with PGM's SLE44 and MJN's CardMaster for DTV H and HU emulation. Save that ISO programmer....you'll need it.

For Dishnet I like good ole Cemu.
