Sounds like you were running a free bee blocker not milis private blocker. The rom 10s are doing that also this week its an ecm that blocks out all ability use bugs or write to the eeprom. If you try and use the unlocking software on this site and it still doesn't read or write correctly you got ecm'd. Some one tell me if I am wrong.

man i bought this card just the way it is, guess i got jipped big time. Is there any way to fix this? I tried winexplorer to open the card but it wont

I would try a modded hu loader on it if that doesn't open it to where you can read or write to it then you probablly will never get into it.

go into the files section and find rom3 popper for win-x and run that on it

MUMRA, I suspect that card has been reprogrammed before and is PW protected. You can try a variety of unlocking proggies to pop it. If all fails, send it to a dealer where he/she probably has the proper glitcher to pop that sucker.
