What provider are they locked to and which provider you wanna use?

Motorolas that start with an "i" use iDEN technology and will not work with AT&T, T-Mobile, Cingular or any other GSM provider. Even if you unlock it, will only be able to use them with Nextel, Telus, Boost and Southern Link.
