Is there any updates on a blocker for the marked Rom3s and Rom10s yet?
Is the ECM still in the stream?
Are there any "public" blockers that are safe to use on an unmarked card?

I cannot answer your question about the plastic. But, if you want to be SAFE. Dump your plastic and get MAGIC. I've been running without a hitch since the Parity Key Update. And I don't need to worry about Blockers. Your card can get looped; MAGIC cannot! I mean this to be helpful and it will be if your thinking is OPEN and not locked into the Plastic. Cheers.

Maybe I don't understand fully about a Magic card, but wouldn't it be foolish to pay $110.00 for each MC for each ird. I have 3 irds ($330.00). You can get rom 10 or rom 11 for half that! I have been up and running since parity key update too.

I know a lot of ROM10's got screwed up recently. I just sold a ROM10 for $110 CAD and I bought my MAGIC with Programmer for $100 CAD with FREE shipping. So for me it makes a whole lot of sense and I'm not feeling foolish. I have 2 IRDs that I run, but I use a NEO on the other one. If you're in the US you can get a 15% discount from where I got mine.
