I am brand new at this and am now jtagging my reciever ( a 3700). I got my box keys and have read not to do anything else until I back up my tsop and eeprom but when I try to do either, I get error messages and am unable to do so. Is this a problem with my computer or am I missing something ? Any help is appreciated.
