make a cell phone jammer?

I would like to make a cell phone jammer out of a moto v120 doe any one know how too? I am very handy with a soldering gun.

Each cell connection uses 2 frequencys and each time you connect to the tower you get a open channel, or lot of two open freq's. You would have to jam quite a large spectrum in the microwave area to actually jam much. Each cell tower can support thousands of cell phones thus thousands of frequencys need to be jammed at the same time.

I see cell phone jammers for sale all over the net, but they want $300 american or more. For me that is alot of money to spend for a cell phone free movie theater.
