I do alot of reading but i am at the end of me witts
What i got is a 2700 ird,2.5 ghz,XP, internal emu from satemu, Yvous 3, i set my ird#and box keys but i used all the other defaults and when i run yvous i get Running...i plug my ird in and i get "first byte is not 0x21-evtmask=0*000000001", can someone please help me
Some say a cable from PC to emu board is too long.
I have got this from a system I know to work when starting my emu.
I am not sure why but if I shut down and restart it will work next time.
Start PC,then insert emu board, light on Rec will go out then come back on then start going through transponders 1-5,picture should then come on.

You need a CamID Inn the INI File also.
Make sure it's a Rom3
Try another Computer to eliminate the one you have now- I use a 166mhz 64ram Windows98

What is the card revision on yours? I read that when you buy an emu, you have to flash the chip first.

Not that, I am looking for smart card version. Should be DNASP**** something like that, right above the software version. If you don't have DNASP something, then you need to look at your emu board entirely, starting with flashing it. Look for the diagram on how to build a program and learn how to flash it.
