Flash edit ?

When editing a downloaded Tsop (with the correct letters) flash edit does not save the IRD # that I put in and instead puts back the original.
My box key# is saved.
Any ideas?
Are there instructions posted for flash edit somewhere?

Also in flashedit, Enter the ird number in dec, not hex. R00-1234-5678-xx format.

It turns out that flash edit is a little touchy about how I enter the number.
When I replaced one group of #'s at a time, and with the keyboard, rather then cut and paste, it sticks.
