sw 21 switches

my satelite is tuned in to 119 corectly, when i added the sw 21 switch it was not recognized performed switch test to no avail , any help would be appreciated

Might expand your circumstances a bit, like what lnb are you working with for starters.

OK , let me this right, you have a dish 500 with one lnb at the 119 side and one on the 110 side. you had a signal before hooking up the sw21 and now you have nothing. , sounds like you have a bad switch, make sure that 119 is hokked to port 1 on the sw21

Before you connected the switch, did you first checked the signal from 110?

First find the signal from 119; then find the signal from 110, then connect the switch and do the check-switch. Be sure the cable terminals are not shorting the signal (and the current) out.
