Need help w/ T-100

I have a 1996 Toyota T-100 p/u has approx 134,000 mi

I am having a couple probs (electrical) :cry: I think.
First off the wind shield wipers work, but do not work rite. The intermediate wipers dont function as they should when intermediate is selected the wipers wipe but not intermediate (wipe stop wipe stop and so on) Another thing w/ the wipers is when I turn them off they stay where their at (not returning to the standered position at the bottom of the wind shield) Any help would be appreciated. (I dont know how to trouble shoot wheather is the motor or the switch) :rolleyes:
The other problem I have is recently the air bag light is coming on. In the manual I noticed that after so many years i'm suposed to take my truck in and have the air bag checked out. Is the light coming on for that reason? if so how do I rest it? :)

check wiperd delay board and ensure that contacts are good. as for the air bag,chec for corrosion on the wires going to the air bag module. commonly found in splice's and connectors. There's likely an open circut.
