3800 w/ Sirrius only

have 3800 at 695 N software revision that is getting only Sirriue music channels.
Is this at latest rev or dpo I have other problems?

3800 runs 3900 firmware and should be at P232, I am guessing thats a 2700/2800/3700 seties and should be P798 or 797 works.
Wrong boxkeys can cause that also.

What do you suggest I do to get upgrade.
Has been in stream overnight without update?
