Switches on a PVR 501

I have a working 501 that I just received, thank god. The only issue I'm having is the switch test. I have a 3 dishes with dual LNBs on each dish.

I'm using 2 SW-21X and 2 SW-21 switches to hook up 2 receivers.

My 301 receiver detects SW-21 3 SAT (61.5, 110, and 116) perfectly. When I hook up my PVR unit to the same sat feed, I get 61.5 and 110 without a problem but the 119 gets an odd and 1 X. Ofcourse the screen reports SW-21 3-SAT but a problem has been detected with the switch. What could be causing this issue? I have done numerous switch tests to no avail.

Sometimes disconnecting the sat, running check switch, then reseting the receiver, reconnect sat and rerun check switch clears the problem. I notice it when going from dp to legecy stuff and vice versa sometimes.

Thanks man! Will give it another try with what you suggested. Was going to try it last night but it was too cold to go outside and reconnect my switches.
