Cancelled Subscription, still tv

Hey guys. I cancelled my bell sub about 2 months ago. My rom 3 still has all of the subbed programming on it. Can someone tell me how this would have happened. I had the ird out of the stream for about 1 month before cancellation. Also, do you think it will last until Nagra 2??

As soon you leave it overnight it will be desubbed.

That is not true, I have an exsubbed that i left out of the stream for about 2 weeks and then hooked it up all channels are still active after two months. After so long dish quits sending the deactivation message to the receiver, and if it never takes the deactivation then all of the channels stay up, i have heard of one being up for as long as eight months like this although i cannot confirm that.

take it out of the stream and wait a couple more months, then it could last you longer. I dont know about Bev, bu Dish keeps sending kill siganals for about 3 months, then about once a year or maybe never.

oh......btw .....don't try and rent a PPV on one like that..........they will see that little red flag sticking up and send another deactivation hit. found that out the hard way with a DTV box

Had them run 2+ years and some a few hours only, All depends on the desubs being resent in the stream. Had one prem ex sub that run 2 1/2 years after cancellation that just finally was desubbed a few days ago. They seem to like to hit them early AM's at night when they do, Unplugging the ird power when not using it may help it last longer.

why not put mc on in rom blocker, should stay up and not get hit by cancel signal.

just a thought dont have a card to try it on
