full erase 301-013 single chip

I full erased the reciever t-sop but when I try to rewrite, it says flash is not empty do you still want to proceed.

What can I do to fully erase the chip so I can reprogram it?

I do have the jumper to ground pads, So error DCU peek will cause delays.

Any help would be much apreciated!!

You need to vid-mod it to be able to flash it again.
