Sometimes a blank or corrupt -010 can be a bit finicky, Wall will work sometimes, and jkeys will work sometimes, just have to keep trying until you find what works. Jkeys and Wall don't agree with the numbering of the flashes and it's easy to get confused.

is there a way to ressurect with jkeys and not wall?
the only thing with wall is that it will atleast program the flash? but i dont know why the green light doesnt come on/off.
i'm using weights on top of the jtag so i know that it doesnt move... i'm thinking of soldering over some of the jtag contacts cuz they seem to be getting weaker but i'm not sure that wil make much of a difference.

Sometimes jkeys will, or can be made to, resurrect a 301-010, I need the specific error you get when trying to advise how to continue.
It should detect the device, no matter what, but getting into a blank or corrupted flash may require modification to the jkeys def file. I have resurrected every -010 sent to me that was not physically damaged, and a few that were.
