303.13 & 301.10

Is there any way to differentiate between the 301.13 and the 301.10 by just looking at the ird.
because i want to buy an ird, which is a 301 but i have never tested with the 301.13 before so i only want to buy it if it is a 301.10.

i belive sticker on back also 301 13 will not have jtag port
