this is a gator caught in Fla. Orlando I believe who is now living at Gatorland.
Ok here's a easy one for you to add a little bite to gator tail.
First you will need some gator tail.
cut it into bite size "nugget's" pieces.
Soak in milk with some tobasco sauce for a few hours.
When your ready bread and fry salt and pepper to taste.
