ECM Update?

Just wondering what's goin' on with the EMC's. I'm still getting hit but not at regular intervals. It will last up to 3 hours during the day to around 45 min. to an hour and a half at night. I haven't reprogrammed my card except for updating ppv id's which didn't help any. So I've just been running it the way it was before this all started and keep my tsop softlocked and my update from running. I dumped the updated tsop to my computer and wrote a softlock to it but it would get hit as soon as I put it in the stream. I tried it several times. The update would disable my tsop lock so I locked it at an old firmware and turned off automatic updates. I'm running a rom2 rev 052 on two cloned 3900's firmware P230. I think it's been like 8 days and was wondering if ECM's were dying out or gone yet?

change your pfg
that will take care of the ecm
I read some where in this site that the programming got marked
so if you are still getting hit, is time to change your pfg

Yeah it seems they are slowing down for the time being on the ECMs. Usually late at night, you can run up to around 3hrs. before getting hit. Definitey alot worse this time than was back in July.

I have two 2700
one nerver got hit going on 2 months
the other got hit like 3 times then I change the pfg
and is been up for a week so far

ok well here's an idiots question then, pardon my ignorance, but what is the pfg? And will that ....stop......the ecm's? Thanks for the information

pfg is the file that you use to program your card
I am using @#$% pfg
and that took care of one of my receivers
no more ecm

Ok..still lost. I dunno what you mean by the file used to program my cards. Here's my breakdown. I have a rom2 rev 052 that I use with nagradit1.1 and make my tiers with miniRTM. That's it. Only files I've dealt with are .ne2 and .bin. Don't know if that's what you're talking about but that's all I do and it everything is cool and wide open till this every 3 month crap. I did a search for PFG but didn't come up with much.

Think I found something on it. Is it a Jeepers program? I've never used that and don't have an atmega board or avr board. I am running 3900 with jtag port.
