Unlocking a Moto V600

Anyone have any info on this topic. I am realy pi$$ed with my carrier (rgr$) due to the fact that they do not have a roaming deal is some parts of the world that I travel to and as such I am unable to use my new "world" or not so "world" phone when I am away. Additionally to make matters worse when I leave my voice mail also goes to h-e-double hockey sticks. If you know how to unlock this model I would love to hear from you.
