What kind of card? rom3 or 10?I bet it's a 3. Make sure you have your settings to Dishblocker EXACTLY as outlined in the instructions. Close any program you're not using with ctrl+alt+delete.

There is some diffrent things in there that people have tried. I'm not sure how long mili keeps these posts but if you do a search there is a bunch off info and sugestions on this problem from when I had the very same problem. I'm sure theres others to that has had this problem. These guys are great here, and there always willing to help. Don't worry it will work and when it does it is worth the headack. Mili has the best blocker. Been running strong for many months now.
