Is anyone that can help me with this problem please? I have a fortec lifetime ultra and i was plaing with it and loaded a file that said somethig about a virgin image and now i do not have any kind of power to the receiver. There is no lights comming on or nothing. Is the any way to get it back to normal?

sounds like one hellava flash, but if its not doing anything at all - you may have somehow blew a fuse to the power supply. May have been coincidental, could not imagine a flash or boot doing that. Have had to replace switches before - common for them going out when flipping them constantly.

I did try it and bypass the switch and still nothing. Would the flash do this to a fortec receiver?

Hi! I think you may have to J-tag it to bring it back to life,I posted some pictures in the FTA section on J-tagging fortec & pansat recievers.
I`ve never had to do it myself .j-tag that is.
Do a search and you should fond the how to j-tag...
