Lose PPV Channels

I have have my PPV tier very tight, channel range is 502-538.

For some reason some of the PPV channels disappear. They will come back later on but then other channels disappear.
Example: will get 502,504,505 but miss 503. 503 returns but 502 will be gone.

Any ideas on this.
