Rom of card

I know for a fact that I have a rom 3 card as it was in the getting started section of Milis informative site.My friend however has a card and he wants to know what rom it is and I dont see the info in that section.The as he said info is 123475075-AB.Does anyone know what kind of card this is.Thanks in advance.And whether or not it can be programmed.

Smaller number below that is what you want. I do not recognize that number although it is closest to a rom 3's.

These are the very small numbers at the bottom right corner of the cards.
