Rom 2 Keeps going black

I have a Rom 2 in a 4000 that might be marked it does not have ff in E007. In E010 there is ff under the XD (marked?). The screen will go back every 5-10 minutes for a few seconds (It blows the whole plot of the porns in those few missed seconds) and come back on. If you try to push the up or down on the remote or recv. After about 8 channels the screen goes to the searching for signal.
I have downloaded every working image nd used one from another rom2 I have with no luck.
