Problem with PPV. Help!!!

I have 7200 and rom3 card. Everything is working O.K., but some PPV channels are not working. On screen it says " To suscribe please call bla bla bla " Anybody have any idea?

if the mods will allow it...
here's a ppv patch that i found on another site, or maybe it was here...
i don't take any credit for it, but even when my card went down (rom10) the ppv's still worked....

Check the hi/lows, maybe need to tweak those.
