Hi all
I just got a new 3100 and want to know if the card can be programmed for Dish and how to tell which card I need. The ird came with a Blue Bell ExpressVu card with Nagra ID EX-04 in small print on the back. I have attach a picture of the front of the card.
I have never used Rom cards and don't have a clue what to I need to start using and programing a Rom card. So far I have been managing to get by using AVR & Atmeg, both of witch have died on me.
