BOB trouble

I just got a bob...bell dish works,but the new eliptical dish is pointed fine,but no signal....any one know how to fix this?

You might want to look in your Manual as to what the LNB settings are set to or look at the FTA receiver your using to pull them off. It might be your LNB's are incompatable with the Sat your trying to get it from
