we have hit our bug ?

i have gotten rom10's to say,,, we have hit our bug and should be open now , but when i go to nagraedit they are still closed , have re-ran they 4- -5 times ,,, does any one know what could be wrong ????

Rom 10 what revision? Are they Streamlocke A23's or A21. What does Nagra output when you try to read??? If you are using a modd'd unlooper to try and pop an NON-RevA23, it will say popped, but will not be open. You can find scripts to unlock A21 and below.
