what kind of programer is this

i have a old iso 7816 it came with a package deal it was called a jerry lee louis programer the crystal on it has 3 leggs #fs036s i asume its a 357 since i used it on h cards the package also came with a elvis hu loader do anybody have any info on useing this iso for dish i haveing trouble locating a 3leg 368 crystal

Do a google search for maxking smartmousereader. They used 3 pin oscillators, and they mention how to convert to a 2 pin oscillator. Or, do a google search for 3 pin crystal oscillator. It may also be a silicon oscillator which were featured with 3 pins.
